Overview

The Director of Field Marketing leads the Field Marketing team by providing strategic leadership and ensuring the successful implementation of the organization's marketing strategies & tactics. Working closely with the Area Directors of Operations, the Area Directors of Marketing, and the Field Marketing Managers and specialists, this position will lead the development of individual restaurant marketing plans to drive trial, awareness, and traffic to help build brand advocacy. This leader is responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of marketing strategies, tactics & programs and provide direction for improving and building new programs to help build best practices for a high growth team.

Responsibilities

Leads the day-to-day operations, activity, & development of the field marketing teamCollaborates with the Area Directors of Operations, Revenue Growth Management Team, Director of Brand, and various other departments across the company to drive sales and ROI.Ensures alignment to ROI methodologies and consistent execution and follow up to monitor effectiveness.Drives the excitement and development of community engagement through building local partnerships and grass root marketing around each restaurant.Collaborates with recruiting to hire and onboard exceptional team members to support the company's growth.Responsible for overseeing, developing, and mentoring all field marketing team members through performance assessments and objectively providing clear feedback.Develops and maintains a detailed marketing budget, responsible for managing monthly financial results.Ensures the marketing team has necessary tools and systems in place to support the restaurants which include marketing plans, media, and sponsorships.Collaborates with the Director of Media & Sponsorships to develop and execute plans that build awareness, drive traffic, and address individual market dynamics.Collaborates with Director of Brand and Revenue Growth Management to implement campaigns and programs & leverage customer insights to develop effective marketing plans.Budget and invoice reconciliationPrepares and shares weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and analysis on sales, traffic, and other relevant data.Identifies and evaluates sponsorship opportunities, including managing budgets and execution.Responsible for ensuring the Field Marketing team is engaged in the detailed plans by proactively communicating with Operations, following up on execution results and provides market insights to plans.Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree10+ years field marketing management experience in multi-unit restaurantsExperience leading a multi-tiered field-based team.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities & change.Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skillsMicrosoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, and WordStrong financial acumenBased in Dallas, TX, and ability to travel 40-50% of the time.

Pay Range

USD $170,000.00 - USD $190,000.00 /Yr.
