Position Description

LGCY Power is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to work closely with our marketing and customer service teams. The Customer Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with internal and external departments to create and execute effective marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer experience, retention, and growth. This position is responsible for developing and managing comprehensive customer marketing programs, from email campaigns to customer research, ensuring an extraordinary customer experience.

ResponsibilitiesFocus on customer lifecycle marketing and upsell strategies to promote solar power adoption and retention.Design customer-facing materials, such as brochures and digital content, highlighting the benefits of solar energy and sustainable practices.Conduct customer surveys and analyze the results.Perform customer experience research and implement improvements.Lead Voice of Customer (VoC) research initiatives.Develop and manage retention marketing efforts, including email campaigns and website content, to prioritize customer growth.Provide marketing support for partners and canvassing teams.Create, implement, and improve marketing plans to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.Prepare and present reports on campaign outcomes as well as potential resolutions to better support our customers.Createcustomer education programs to encourage customer knowledge about our products and services.Encourage customers to act as advocates for your brand by creating and maintaining customer advocate program as well as generate new customer testimonies.Develop and oversee email, SMS, and communication strategies for customer engagement.Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to examine business and marketing data, identifying key factors, mechanisms, and dependencies that enhance conversion, product adoption, retention, and cross-selling.Oversee marketing automation processes, including email triggers, SMS alerts, and push notifications, throughout the customer lifecycle using Customer.IO, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other platforms.Work with Content, PR, and Creative teams to create email communications, press releases, and marketing materials that strengthen client relationships.Clearly define program strategies and report outcomes to key stakeholders.Determine customer segments for targeted marketing initiatives and design customer offers and incentive programs to achieve ROI-positive outcomes.Must have experience planning, creating and delivering on customer-facing email and SMS campaigns.Develop and maintain a testing and experimentation framework to continuously improve campaign performance and customer experience.Any other duties assigned.Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.3+ years of experience in customer marketing or a related role.Experience with customer marketing for solar.Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and CRM systems.Experience in customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in using marketing tools and software.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.What We Offer
