We are looking for a Marketing Director to join our team! Patton Creative Group is a branding and communications agency that combines data, technology and strategy to deliver exceptional marketing solutions to our clients.
The Marketing Director will work directly with client leadership to manage brand strategy, market impact, marketing spend, as well as all aspects from conception to production to implementation. This person will work at the 50,000 foot level as well as have a passion and drive for getting into the weeds and doing whatever is needed to ensure the marketing deliverables get across the finish line successfully.
Requirements
Strategize and envision new marketing campaigns; focusing closely on advancing not only the PCG brand, but our clients' brandsOversee digital and print content creation and execution, website management, and PR initiativesWork cross-functionally with creative, digital, account management, and events teams to ensure cohesive execution of all marketing initiativesPrepare and deliver reports, presentations, and sales initiatives for internal and client-facing stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, campaign performance, and strategic visionMaintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services and growth within each accountKnowledge / Skills
Bachelor's Degree and/or 7+ years relevant experience working in an agency-style environment, 5 leading a team of content creatorsProven success in developing and executing brand and marketing strategiesStrong understanding of content strategy, digital marketing, SEO/SEMExpertise in: Google Ads, Google Analytics, MailChimp, Squarespace, Wordpress, YouTube Studio, Canva, MetaCore Competencies
Demonstrated ability to lead a teamCreative thinker able to collaborateExceptional interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, detail oriented, prioritize competing projectsAbility to work with all levels of an organization
