The Role:

Reporting to the Senior Director of B2B Performance Marketing, the Senior Manager, Account Based Marketing will be responsible for managing DailyPay's B2B strategic account-based marketing (ABM) program. You will own partnering with our sales organization to identify target accounts, build customized campaigns, and help move high-value accounts through the pipeline. The ideal candidate has an ABM background and experience working closely with sales, and has strong strategy, content, and communication skills. The ability to work across matrixed teams in a fast-paced growth environment is critical.

If this opportunity excites you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all of the qualifications.How You Will Make an Impact:Build account-specific strategies: Tailor marketing strategies to meet the unique needs of top prospect accounts to support lead gen (MQLs), pipeline (SQLs), and bookings goalsCreate customized content: Craft a compelling content and messaging strategy that's tailored to specific account needs. Partner with product marketing and the DailyPay studio team to build and publish content for the appropriate audience and marketing channelBuild multi-channel campaigns: Use intent-based marketing technologies and systems to prioritize and personalize outreach to target accounts in digital channels such as display, social media, e-mail, web, and videoAlign with stakeholders: Own partnership with the strategic sales team, including setting joint goals for top DailyPay employer prospectsCollaborate cross-functionally: Work across the marketing and sales organization (Sales, Revenue Marketing, Studio, Brands, Marketing Ops) on ABM programs, and manage regular check-insMeasure ROI: Compile and report on ABM performance and results. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
