Job Description

The Director, Marketing NA is responsible for leading and executing the Canada Goose global strategy in the North American marketplace, inclusive of Canada, USA, and Mexico. You are a creative and strategic marketer who is passionate about creating locally relevant programming and executing best in class campaigns, events, and animations that build brand affinity and position Canada Goose as a performance luxury lifestyle brand that drives commercial success.

About The Role:Develop and execute fully integrated and multi-channel marketing programs that bring together full funnel Media, Digital, PR, Influencer Marketing, Community, Partnerships, Retail and Wholesale Marketing designed to build brand affinity among target consumers and drive commercial goals in Canada, USA, and Mexico marketplaces.Work as an integrated partner across global marketing and cross-functional teams, developing positive relationships to achieve regional goals.Regularly review and analyze brand insights and apply key findings.Manage budgets for all local execution of marketing activities; conduct regular reviews with internal teams and finance partners.Oversee agency partners across PR, Experiential and Media; ensure strong and healthy working relationships with all vendors.Evaluate and explore key partnerships that can benefit brand health and affinity among consumers.Partner with strategic wholesale accounts to develop and execute marketing programs that align to global and regional goals.Lead retail marketing strategies designed to drive foot traffic, community engagement and best-in-class product experience.Oversee the development of full funnel paid marketing programs in partnership with local channel leads.Refine and support Community building programming that builds upon the global strategic framework and deepens the connection with consumersPartner with key cross-functional partners from department such as eComm, Retail, Planning and Product to define commercial opportunities and long-term product strategies for priority markets.Build and nurture a team of exceptional marketers.About You:

10+ years of direct work experience in a marketing management capacityExperience in a field such as fashion, outdoor apparel, or retail is considered a strong assetA working and strategic understanding of communications both on and offline, including public relationsExcellent understanding and working knowledge of brand building and brand managementDemonstrates a wide range of marketing skills, including planning and implementation, research and analysis, product launch, public relations, advertising, sponsorships, product placements, partnerships, event planning, digital strategy and execution, marketing material production, etc.Exhibits the ability to apply appropriate analysis to draw meaningful insights and conclusionsHighly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlinesProven team player who is both flexible and adaptableA well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skillsRegularly provides others with helpful guidance, advice, and tips on their performance and professional developmentSalary: $175,000 - $195,000 USD
