As our nationwide growth accelerates, our

Marketing team

plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by optimizing the entire search engine marketing funnel and implementing strategic plans to improve each step of the search funnel to improve the efficiency of generating sales from search marketing.

As a

Director of Search Engine Marketing

at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by owning the strategy of the paid search and search engine optimization efforts to generate leads for the business. You will report directly to the VP of Digital Marketing and oversees the Search Engine Optimization Manager and Paid Search Manager. This position works closely with Regional Marketing Managers, the Director of Marketing Planning & Analytics, and the Media Director to develop, implement, and optimize the paid search and search engine optimization marketing strategies for West Shore Home's 40+ local branches across the country with multiple home remodeling product lines.

What You'll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

Develop the 6-24 month roadmap for Paid Search and YouTube efforts to improve the efficiency of generating inquiries through Google and Bing.Develop the 6-24 month roadmap for search engine optimization and content efforts to improve the organic search results of the business.Manage the strategy for landing page improvements to support the paid search and organic search funnel.Develop a full-funnel system for analyzing the data of search marketing from top-of-funnel strategies using online media, bidding and keyword strategy, ad performance, landing page performance, to net sales for the business.Manage budget alignment process to ensure that the team is appropriately budgeted to the targeted spend and lead targets.What It Takes to Succeed

Bachelors degree, preferably in business or marketing.10+ years managing paid search strategy for B2C lead generation campaigns.7+ years managing teams accountable for executing B2C paid search campaignsExperience managing multi-location paid search funnels and YouTube advertising for local lead generation.Experience utilizing Salesforce Marketing CloudGoogle ads search certification, requiredWe Invest in YOU

Schedule: Exempt role with standard hours from 8AM-5PM ET (Monday-Friday)Location: Remote within approved regionsSeniority Level: Mid-Senior Level

The guaranteed pay range for this position is $100,000.00 per year to $180,000.00 per year. The actual rate is based on each candidate's skill set and will be determined by the Hiring Manager. This role is a salaried, exempt position that is not eligible for overtime pay.
