About the Role:

The Senior Customer Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of customer-centric marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and advocacy. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of customer behaviour, data analytics, and experience in designing impactful marketing programs. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic team player capable of collaborating cross-functionally to deliver measurable results. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, this individual will have a visible role throughout the Marketing and Sales teams in support of strategic Product and Customer Marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive and targeted customer marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances customer engagement based on key customer segments.Design and execute programs to drive customer retention and growth throughout the customer lifecycle, including upsell/cross sell initiatives, a referral program, and advocacy recruitment and retention.Create and lead a Customer Advisory board in support of Product and Marketing strategies.Use customer data and analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and trends, leveraging these insights to optimize marketing campaigns and personalize experiences.Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.Partner with the Content Marketing, Product-Led Growth, and Demand Generation teams to develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns.Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of customer marketing initiatives, with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Manage the customer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI, making adjustments as needed.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in customer marketing, preferably in data analytics or database management systems.Preference will be given to experience in Financial Services and Capital Markets industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer marketing strategies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience in digital marketing, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools a plus.Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset.Location & Workplace Type:
