The team member reports directly to the SpeedPro Imaging Operations Manager and is primarily responsible for understanding customer requirements and translating it to proofs for production execution, also helping to oversee and maintain the existing customer base.
This is not web site or mobile app development UX role . Should know Adobe Illustrator. This role includes customer relationship management, understanding requirements. designing and quality control. Training will be provided. Non-exempt - paid bi-weekly .

Handle customer requirements, and translate that into proofs using Adobe Illustrators and prepare estimates.Be one point contact for customer. Communicate with customers in timely way.Keep customer information updated in CRM software.Responsible for quality controlOther Required Skills:

1+ year of prior Adobe Illustrator1+ years of prior customer service experienceFluent in written and spoken English

Compensation: $14.00 per hour
