VP of Corporate Communications and Brand , reporting to the

SVP of Marketing . You'll lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns and brand messaging to enhance brand sentiment, awareness, and growth.A day in the life…Develop and lead the overall communications and brand strategy in alignment with company goals.Ownership of company level messaging framework and its evolution alongside the business.Create compelling content strategies across various platforms to engage our audience and drive brand awareness.Oversee the strategy and execution of PR initiatives.Lead the marketing department in creating a culture of authentic customer and member stories.Create the conditions for successful social media strategy.Lead the vision for corporate events that align with our brand identity.Collaborate cross-functionally with the rest of marketing, product, and executive teams.Utilize data and analytics to measure the impact of communication efforts.Lead a team of mid-career individuals with business critical skillsets.Exercise superior judgment in all situations.What we are looking for…Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field (Master's degree or 10+ years experience preferred).Proven experience (8+ years) in communications, brand management, and PR.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Proven track record of high execution detail and quality of work.Proven ability to tell stories that resonate on an emotional level.Demonstrated success in developing and executing content strategies.Experience with social media management and media relations.Ability to think strategically and meet deadlines.Experience in high volume content creation.Track record of quantifying and reporting on communication initiatives.A passion for healthcare and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient experiences.Hiring Range : $210,500 - $245,600 AnnualBenefitsComprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.401(k) Retirement Plan with matching employer contributions.Open Time Off and generous holiday schedule.18 weeks of paid parental leave.Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) w/ employee discount.Accolade is committed to being a company that embraces a hybrid work environment.
