RoleWe are looking for a Senior Technical Product and Solutions Manager to develop and execute a technical marketing content strategy for ServiceNow’s Employee Workflows (EW) product suite. This strategy will help our prospects, customers, and partners understand the capabilities of ServiceNow’s EW solutions. We need someone who is action-oriented, and capable of creating unique and engaging technical content that highlights the value of EW within the ServiceNow Platform. This position is more technical than marketing-focused therefore, a background in HR Service Delivery, Talent Development, Workplace Service Delivery, and/or Legal Service Delivery on the ServiceNow Platform is required.What you get to do in this role:Help build a world-class technical product marketing function by delivering technical marketing content for ServiceNow’s Employee Workflow suite of products.Define and execute technical product marketing deliverables including but not limited to videos, demos, sales enablement presentations, blogs, webinars, sales tools, marketing events, and campaigns all aligned to the core value proposition and messaging for ServiceNow’s EW solution offerings.Develop cool and compelling killer content, including short videos, demos, sales enablement presentations, webinars, sales tools, blogs, marketing events, and campaigns all aligned to the core value proposition and messaging for ServiceNow’s EW solution offerings.Lead technical product marketing programs and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan such that sales teams, field marketing, and partner organizations are properly informed about all technical and thought leadership content.Partner with product management, product line sales, solution consulting, and product marketing to achieve a shared understanding of ServiceNow’s Employee Workflow markets and desired product direction for ServiceNow.Present technical marketing content to internal and external audiences, including ServiceNow’s Knowledge Conference and industry tradeshows.Engage customers, partners, and analysts in online communities and social media, leveraging your technical marketing and thought leadership content.Qualifications

10+ years of experience in technical product marketing, solution consulting, sales engineering, product management, or solution architecture in the market area of HR Service Delivery, Legal Service Delivery, Workplace, Talent Development, HRMS as well as other relevant domains.Creative and innovative storyteller that can translate strong EW narratives into best of breed demos (samples requested).Hands-on Experience with ServiceNow’s EW product suite and the ServiceNow Platform.Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies such as Reprise, Figma, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop, and Demo Easel.Very strong written and oral communication skills, an excellent storyteller.Exceptional people skills to interact with executives, colleagues, cross-functional teams, partners, and customers.Confidence and work ethic to perform exceptionally in a fast-changing, demanding, and unstructured work environment.Bachelor’s degree.For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $140,000 - $245,200, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan, and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements).
