We are seeking a talented and motivated Experiential Graphic Designer to support our client’s Art Directors in the development and execution of a large-scale event. This role requires a strong foundation in both print and digital design, as well as a proven ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a keen eye for design and a passion for creating impactful visual materials. Ideally, we are looking for candidates based in Boston and New York City.

Make sure to apply with all the requested information, as laid out in the job overview below.Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with Art Directors to develop and refine creative concepts for print and digital assets.Create sketches, mockups, and layouts to effectively communicate design ideas.Develop print and digital ad layouts for production, ensuring alignment with overall event branding.Source and curate relevant images to support design concepts.Prepare and upload design files to ClickUp for review and production.Assist in maintaining and updating project decks.Qualifications:Strong visual communication skills and a keen eye for design.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.Excellent organizational and time management skills.A collaborative and team-oriented approach.A portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.Required Experience:Solid experience in supporting large-scale events, including both print and digital asset creation.Proven ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with experiential marketing companies.Knowledge of print production processes.Familiarity with digital design and responsive layouts.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $45 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
