As we expand our reach and take on more ambitious projects, we are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Design CAD Specialist to join our team.Position Overview:
As an Interior Design CAD Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with our senior design team on the development of design concepts and will lead the preparation of detailed technical drawings for all assigned projects.Benefits:Competitive compensation package, commensurate with experience and achievements.Unmatched company culture - creative and supportive work environment.Involvement in high-profile projects in diverse locations.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the senior design team to prepare and refine technical drawings - including but not limited to floor plans, elevations, ceiling plans, schedules, and more.Assist with the preparation of client presentations.Additional duties as assigned.Essential Qualities:Strong technical interior design knowledge and exceptional attention to detail.Self-motivated and ability to work individually and in a team environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Qualifications:Must live in Southern California or be willing to relocate. This is not a remote position.Strongly preferred - Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture.At least 5 years of work experience in Architecture, Interior Design, or Interior Architecture - must have residential experience.High level of proficiency with AutoCAD - specifically preparing residential construction documents and schedules.Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.No recruiters, please.Seniority Level:
