You will be a key leader within KMN and the voice of the customers, influencing key partners.What You’ll DoDevelop sales vision, including identifying and coaching key behaviors and skillsFoster an entrepreneurial mindset and culture, encouraging resourcefulness to achieve sales goalsOwn and evolve sales materials and resources for the teamBuild and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to drive new partnerships and revenue streamsCollaborate with the finance and planning teams to set growth goals and maintain forecastDevelop and maintain the sales pipeline and all CRM systemsCollaborate with technology and planning to improve existing ad products and develop new onesAnalyze market trends, competitive landscape and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunitiesEnsure pitch tracking and reporting are maintained, drive higher close rates and improve retention ratesCollaborate on the development and refinement of go-to-market approachAdditional tasks may be assignedWhat Skills You HaveRequiredBachelor’s degree10+ years of digital media and advertising sales experience, consistently exceeding revenue targetsStrong ability to cultivate relationshipsExtensive experience in retail media networks or digital advertising, with a deep understanding of retail advertising strategies and market dynamicsDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team, with strong skills in coaching, mentoring and performance managementStrong strategic planning abilities with a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to influence internal partners and work effectively across departments to achieve common goalsExperience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales performance analytics toolsPreferredMaster’s degreeExperience in the retail and e-commerce market working for or selling to large brands, retailers and e-commerce sitesWell-versed in enterprise sales and contract negotiations with client procurement, marketing teams and C-SuiteExperience having worked in media sales, agency sales, creative tech, martech, ad tech solutions provider or similarPrevious pitch process leadership experience at a mid to large agencyDemonstrated experience in sales planningExperience in developing and delivering presentations and business proposals across various platformsEssential FunctionsThe requirements listed below are representative of functions you will be required to perform, however you may be required to perform additional functions.
