You will develop designs for ReflexAI’s tools by incorporating external research, customer input, and the most up-to-date design paradigms. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll champion user-centricity throughout the product lifecycle, spanning user interface, interaction design, and research. Own the end-to-end user experience journey, driving research, concept development, design, launch, and continuous iterationConduct research, analyze market trends, and stay informed about the competitive landscape to make data-driven design decisionsDevelop key UX assets (personas, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing plans) that guide feature development and refinementCollaborate with product management, engineering, and customer success to ensure design choices align with both business and user needsChampion user-centricity across the organization, establishing UX best practices with leadershipMentor and support junior product designers, fostering a culture of design excellencePrioritize strategically, carefully considering the costs and benefits of design decisions to maximize impactCollect and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members to shape design requirements, features, and experiencesOther tasks, duties, or special projects as assignedThroughout everything you do, deliver solutions that are aligned with our values of Security, Customer impact, Long-term mindset, Innovation, and InclusionRequirements for a great fit

You bring extensive experience (typically 7+ years) in product design, with a solid track record in a lead role, particularly in designing B2B productsYou have strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlinesYou are data-oriented and biased towards action, using insights to drive design decisionsYou have excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders at all levelsYou're always open to new perspectives, ready to adapt your designs based on new information and committed to lifelong learningYou possess a deep sense of empathy, enabling you to understand and prioritize user needs and emotions in your design solutions
