Senior Designer . In this role, you will assist the Brand, Content & Creative team in ensuring that we produce high-quality, consistent marketing and communications materials that are on-brand. You will contribute to the creation of graphic materials, digital assets, packaging, display and advertising projects, and more. You will collaborate with other graphic designers, copywriters, creative managers, and marketing managers to build artwork, create storyboards, and ensure digital and print quality standards are met while delivering work on time. With the flexibility for remote work three days a week, this role strikes the perfect balance between teamwork and autonomy.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:Create and maintain marketing materialsTroubleshoot design and application issuesEnsure adherence to editorial and brand guidelinesCollaborate with marketers and team members to create final assetsDesign graphics and themes for campaigns using style guidesBuild videos from storyboard to execution with marketing inputProvide coaching and support to less experienced team membersContinue developing skills, technical knowledge, and business acumenContribute improvement ideas based on the big picturePrioritize workload using project management software (Monday.com) in collaboration with the teamQUALIFICATIONSRequired:Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, communications, or a related fieldMinimum of 4 years’ experience creating, maintaining, and integrating websites and applicationsMinimum of 4 years’ experience using design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesignMinimum of 4 years’ experience in storytelling using multimedia, including video (After Effects) and Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint)Minimum of 4 years’ experience creating digital marketing campaigns using multiple deliverables (e.g., paid ads)Preferred:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsCreative thinking and an innovative approachExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsTeam player able to work in a fast-paced, professional environmentAbility to motivate and encourage change, delivering positive results in a large, dispersed organizationAble to sit in front of a computer for long hoursValues a diverse and inclusive work environmentEqual Opportunity and Affirmative Action EmployerC.H.
