We are seeking a highly motivated individual to drive SAP’s data and technology strategy for inbound prospecting, outbound prospecting, and its connection to personalized nurture channels. This role will be instrumental in establishing the groundwork to deliver an exceptional personalized experience for SAP's customers.As the Lead Flow Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological roadmap and overseeing the implementation of new AI-based technologies around live inbound channels such as chat and phone, technical lead routing, phone outreach as well as optimization of the tools used by marketing qualification and sales agents such as Outreach.io to empower them to have relevant conversations at the right time with insightful prospect insights and offer best service to our customers to generate quality pipeline. Your success in this role will be defined by your adept stakeholder management skills and cross-functional collaboration with business and IT stakeholders alike, proven experience in technology and data implementations and optimizations, and a deep understanding of business strategy, particularly within the realm of lead funnel optimization, personalization at scale and inside sales.Work with Business Stakeholders in the area of Marketing Qualification Services (pre-sales qualification/business development), Analytics & Optimization, and IT to gather business requirements for technological and data changes around the systems lying at the core of our inbound and outbound lead flows.Collaborate closely with diverse system owners to construct a cohesive technical roadmap for specific inbound channels, including chat and phone, as well as a comprehensive plan for routing, Outreach.io, outbound prospecting, and our core systems.Proactively seek and implement improvements, whether technical or process-oriented, in line with the latest lead qualification best practices and/or to deliver better business outcomes.Work closely with key business stakeholders to understand changes in their strategy, and translate them into tech and data requirements to ensure alignment with systems and tools.Develop technical requirements for IT to meet business requirements, plan & prioritize submissions in an ongoing manner based on business criticality & expected benefits.Oversee and own End2End testing of new deliverables in close collaboration with IT and business.Document technical deliveries and optimizations while creating processes that enable marketers to leverage the new tech and data insights.Your ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Marketing Technology.Tech-savvy with a solid background in Marketing Technology and Marketing Business Strategy.Experience with designing dataflows across systems.Proven experience in complex technology implementations crossing multiple systems, such as CRM, CDP, Adobe Marketo, Outreach.io.Hands-on experience in Outreach.io, a Customer Relationship Management / Customer Data Platform system is a plus.Exceptional communication, organizational, time management, and change management skills.Highly flexible and able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment, handling uncertainty and frequent changes with ease.The role is global so flexibility in working with all time zones is required.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team.Fluency in English.Experience in the software industry or a similar role is a plus.Adaptability to evolving marketing trends and technologies is crucial.Bring out your bestSAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
