The pair work together to create, perfect, and launch each product for both the makeup artist and the everyday makeup wearer. About This Role

Patrick Ta Beauty is looking for experienced Sales, Artistry and Education Leaders in key cities across the US to enable us to best service Sephora and drive US sales and brand awareness.

The ideal candidate will have sales, education and artistry experience with Sephora experience preferred.

This role will prioritize key retail shopping moments, prioritize working Tuesday-Saturday and will be heavily spent in store/consumer facing.

Responsibilities

The Sales, Artistry and Education Leads will be responsible for driving retail sales in select doors, developing and managing in store partnerships and increasing brand awareness thru in store visits, events and training.

Meet sales plans in designated territorySeek opportunities to train BA’s and LBA’s during each visitThe Sales Artistry & Education Leads will prioritize key shopping moments and a standard work schedule will be Tuesday-SaturdayReinforce artistry tips and techniques of Patrick Ta to strengthen the brands artistry heritage and POD during each client and store interactionExecute weekly events (at minimum cadence of 2x per week)Develop and nurture retailer relationshipsIncrease product revenue volume in hero categories.Lead by example in all aspects of the business (sales, training & artistry)Recruit, Hire and train freelance teamPlan, manage, participate in special events & trainingsProvide consumer insight to PTB leadership teamManage store fixture updates & replacements in partnership with store operations teamsExecute retailer programs and promotionsAdhere to budget guidelinesManage and approve freelance support scheduling.Some travel required in designated territory

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Mandatory cosmetics industry experience and artistry skills2+ years of cosmetic sales experience in Specialty-Multi selling environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented and passionate about Patrick Ta BeautyProactive team player and collaboratorOrganized with exceptional time-management skillsMust be completely self-motivatedLeadership skills; Must be able to motivate and mentor large freelance teamsProven cosmetics sales track record is requiredMust have a flexible style and be able to adapt to changes quicklyAbility to commute within the given territoryMultitasking, analytical & problem-solving skillsAbility to set clear goals and prioritiesMust be willing & able to travelMust have reliable transportation & a valid driver’s license
