FOX19 NOW, the station that’s “Always Local, Always Now,” produces over 61 hours of News per week. FOX19 NOW is the leader in Morning News with local coverage from 4:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. each weekday. The station airs early evening news from 4 to 7 p.m. weekdays and the market’s #1 (A25-54) late, local News starting at 10:00 to 11:30 p.m.Job Summary/Description:WXIX-TV, FOX19 in Cincinnati is seeking an innovative Creative Services Director with excellent image and brand-building skills to grow the brand and audiences on all screens. Candidate must be an expert visual storyteller with strong skills in writing, cinematography, and Adobe Creative Suite editing programs. This individual is a hands-on producer, with knowledge of digital and social media marketing trends and platforms to enhance the local digital and television branding.Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Develop and execute FOX19 annual strategic marketing plan, including station brand promotion and advertising campaigns for broadcast, digital, and live events growing audience share and branding.Sports Brand Marketing experience required.Telemundo marketing experience a plus.Management of station Lifestyle Show brand.Responsible for marketing strategies and brand management, growing audience share and brand footprint on all screens.Lead a team of highly qualified creative professionals.Showcase exceptional video production skills, including writing, directing, cinematography, editing, and motion graphic design.Exhibit a high level of organization and time management to ensure the timely delivery of projects.Lead/coordinate efforts on the development of compelling campaigns for local/regional sales clients.Solid grasp of budgeting for all aspects of the creative services team.Understand this is a weekday position with the potential of after-hours and event responsibilities in the evening or weekend.Work closely with the General Manager, News Director, and General Sales Manager.Be a working manager with the ability to shoot and edit commercials and station promos from pre-production to post-production.Qualifications/Requirements:College degree preferred.2-3 years of previous creative director experience a must.Excellent leader, coach, and trainer with a proven track record in a television station marketing environment.Effective communicator.Expert visual storyteller with strong skills in writing, cinematography, and Adobe Creative Suite editing programs.Graphic artistic skills a plus.Strong organizational skills.Ability to learn new software.All candidates must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.If you feel you’re qualified and want to work with a great group of people, go to https://gray.tv/careers#currentopenings, type in the job title, station call letters, or click on
