By focusing on soil health, MyLand is helping to tackle two of the world’s biggest challenges: food security and climate disruption. MyLand’s innovative service allows farmers to easily and rapidly implement regenerative agriculture practices and improve their soil health by harnessing the land’s own natural ecosystem. MyLand partners with farmers to infuse life into their soil, helping to return farms to their most fertile state, achieving greater productivity and enhanced profitability.This role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications and is based in our Phoenix, Arizona headquarters.Key Responsibilities
Design Management:
Develop and design assets for various media across marketing, sales, internal resources, and leadership.Brand Consistency:
Develop comprehensive brand guidelines and maintain consistency across marketing assets.Collaborate:
Work closely across departments to produce cohesive and impactful resources to propel the MyLand story forward.Multimedia:
Work across multiple media types, from graphics to video, to tell the MyLand story.Asset Management:
Maintain a library of marketing resources and manage all image sourcing and quality control.Print Production:
Manage the print production process and delivery of printed assets.Strategy:
Influence the ongoing evolution of the MyLand brand.Website:
Contribute to maintaining the website and managing web projects.Case Studies:
Support efforts to share customer and employee success stories.Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain updated procedure documents.Feedback and Revision:
Incorporate feedback from team members and clients.Trend Monitoring:
Stay current with design trends and maintain knowledge of agriculture industry trends.Other responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field.7+ years of experience in graphic design/creative management.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Familiarity with web design and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.Attention to detail and a creative, growth-oriented mindset.Proficiency in video editing software.Experience working in a fast-paced startup.This job may require up to 15% travel.Preferred Qualifications
