seeks a

Senior Marketing Analytics Manager

in Bedford, MA. Telecommuting allowed for this position.Responsibilities:Direct the optimization of company-wide marketing processes and systems.Work with regional directors to analyze the differences between business marketing objectives and the programmatic execution of such objectives, identifying any gaps, and problem solving accordingly.Identify, develop and evaluate EDB marketing strategies using company marketing objectives, and comparing with cost and markup factors.Provide a full funnel metrics of EDB Marketing activities from Leads to Opportunities closed.Work closely with Growth Marketing peers to understand ROI impact, campaign effectiveness and Marketing attribution metrics.Build and maintain automated reporting and dashboards in Tableau to track key metrics.Measure and analyze effectiveness and efficiency of digital marketing costs to optimize campaigns and identify new marketing opportunities.Assist in creating and administering marketing analytics reporting and dashboards.Drive collaboration between teams to improve marketing processes and efficiencies.Oversee implementation, maintenance and renewal of marketing technologies and services.Lead, evaluate and develop digital marketing initiatives, coordinate with regional directors on activities; and create results reports.Direct lead generation activities to continually improve conversion rates using data insights.Support executive presentations through analysis and visualization of digital and demand marketing strategies and programs.Support program owners in balancing current needs with future scalability and health of systems.Create internal guidance and strategies for marketing operational processes, report filters and respective sources of data for marketing reporting purposes; and enable marketing teams to leverage data from marketing reporting to assist and guide data driven insights for recommendations, and decision making.Requirements:The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Management or related field of study plus two (2) years of experience in a web marketing related occupation.Education or work/internship experience must include any amount of experience in the following skills:

Experience conducting analysis with different marketing technologies to inform marketing decisions;Experience with social media marketing strategies and content management;Experience with Google Analytics;Experience with HTML and CSS;Experience with project management;Experience with data analysis and data visualization;Experience with financial concepts and marketing ROI.
