What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Review all echocardiograms and ultrasound studies for accuracy and completenessManage the transmission of orders and ensure proper documentation in the systemOversee billing processes for echocardiograms and ultrasound studiesConduct weekly reviews of technician work and develop certification pathwaysCoordinate with IT to ensure proper functioning of ultrasound equipment and manage interfaces
What is Required (Qualifications):Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceCurrent certification as an RDCS or RVSMinimum of 5 years of experience as an ultrasound technologist, with 2 years in a supervisory roleStrong technical skills in ultrasound technology and equipmentExcellent organizational and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Familiarity with IAC and ACR standards and accreditation processes
