Draft and manage distribution of client marketing communications, including e-mail, website, press releases and common social media channelsDevelop marketing collateral from copywriting through productionMaintain account master files and budget monitoring spreadsheetsMaintain marketing collateral sample filesOrganize and update distribution lists for marketing activitiesUpdate production schedules and advertising/editorial calendarsContribute to the organization, production, distribution and inventory oversight of marketing collateral/publications/news releases, as requestedUpdate client websitesManage development, materials/delivery and tracking of advertisingThis Role Might Be for You If…

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution with a focus in Marketing, Communications or Business or equivalent experience0-2 years of relevant professional experiencePreferred Qualifications

Agency and/or association management experience is a plusWorking knowledge of the general marketing process – research, planning, promotion and evaluationSolid understanding of social media and the ability to navigate popular outlets (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)Proficiency with popular IT applications (Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail systems) and a basic understanding of HTML (web updates)Where Do You Fit?
