We are seeking a Re-Marketing Administrator that will be responsible for reaching out to lessees notifying them they are near the end of the term and discuss possible future options with the lessee. Remarketing responsibilities include vehicle logistics as well as booking out lease turn ins. In this role, you will be analyzing inspection reports to maximize option content while also noting damage. You will also be responsible for coordinating transportation to auto auctions using advanced software, monitoring our growing inventory making sure vehicles do not slip through the cracks.Responsibilities and Duties:Contacts the lessee to discuss end of term optionsSets appropriate and accurate call back dates and statuses in the systemFollows and completes 90-day checklist when speaking with lesseesInitiates inspection process with inspection company at end of term and follows up until the appointment is set or the vehicle purchase is completeApplies knowledge of company products/services to efficiently process customer information and responds to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic mannerContacts customers via telephone or E-mail correspondence as frequently as necessary to meet company standardsRemains current on market conditions regarding products, product updates and modern technologies through available resourcesMaintains updated, organized electronic files in appropriate applicationTraces and expedites past due terminations to ensure lessee and financial institution satisfactionOrganizing vehicle transportation pick-ups nationwide with auto auction logistic departmentsResolve transportation issues as they ariseReview auction & lessee inspection reportsBooking lease return vehicles to maximize the vehicles option contentCommunicating and working with remarketing department and customer service representativesAssisting Remarketing Department with end of sale processPerforms other related duties as assignedQualifications:Organized and self-motivated with strong time management skillsSuperior communication and customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong computer skillsAbility to effectively prioritize and work independentlyStrong knowledge of MS Office especially ExcelKnowledge of vehicles and automotive industry a plusAbility to adapt to a changing work environmentJob Type:
