The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.As a Field Marketing Manager, you'll design and support campaign initiatives aimed at Global Reference and Diagnostic Labs. You'll collaborate with the Outbound and Product Groups Teams to gain insights into key products, strategies, and capabilities. Train sales teams to make the most of campaigns and sales tools. Convert marketing leads into actual sales pipeline to achieve market growth. Spend time with customers to build networks of influential leaders and customer advocates that align with business goals. Gather and communicate market dynamics in collaboration with the MI/CI team, to the business groups and selling organizations.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Implement campaigns targeting Strategic Global Reference/Diagnostic Labs.
Manage complex problems and collaborate with sales team to manage key promotional activities in these large global accounts.
Plan and implement account-based campaigns in collaboration with Outbound Marketing to introduce new techniques and applications to the target market.
Implement/execute planned activities in support of primary customers at industry meetings.
Master best practice positioning and pricing strategies consistent with global and local sales process and campaign strategies.
Collaborate with other Field Marketing Managers and coach new hires and junior field marketers.
Collect and report on local market dynamics from customer, competitor and other market dimensions.
What you Bring:
Education: Master’s degree or equivalent in related field, MBA preferred.
Work Experience: 5+ years biotech and/or academia sales and/or application support combined with direct customer interaction and hands-on lab experience/marketing.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the Biopharma/CRO market segments.
Solid public speaking skills.
Moderate level of field experiences including some higher-level customer-facing activities.
