By shaping our storytelling and brand voice, you will enhance our identity and engage our audience, making a lasting impact on our brand's success.What will you do?Content Strategy:Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.Define key messaging pillars and content themes to guide content creation efforts across various channels.Tone of Voice Development:Define and articulate the brand's tone of voice, ensuring consistency and authenticity in all brand communications.Develop guidelines and best practices for maintaining the brand's tone of voice across different content types and touchpoints.Content Creation and Production:Lead the creation and production of high-quality, engaging content across multiple channels, including website, blog, social media, email, and more.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.Content Optimisation:Analyse content performance metrics and user feedback to optimise content strategies and improve engagement.Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to refine content and messaging.Team Leadership and Development:Manage and mentor the content team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to help them reach their full potential.Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.Brand Consistency and Integrity:Ensure consistency and integrity in the brand's voice and messaging across all communication channels and touchpoints.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content efforts with broader brand initiatives and objectives.Essentials:Solid experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your content creation and storytelling abilities.Strong experience using persuasive language to drive positive customer and commercial outcomes.Deep understanding of branding principles, tone of voice development, and content strategy best practices.Significant experience in using customer insight to develop engaging, valuable content.Proven track record of leading successful content marketing campaigns and initiatives.Bonus skills you may pack in your suitcase:Experience with content management systems and marketing automation platforms.Proficiency in analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.Background in industries such as technology, e-commerce, or consumer goods.We’re assembling a diverse team , where skills, not checkboxes, reign supreme, regardless of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability.
