We are helping our client hire a Technical Program Manager who will be accountable for keeping the team on track with its commitments, closely aligned with the stakeholder and vendor partners, and ensuring that the ecosystem supplying users with follow-the-sun support is running flawlessly. You will drive the team in applying operational excellence, establishing comprehensive project timelines, clear milestones, and tracking that ensure we meet the SLAs and provide exceptional services to the stakeholders and users.

A high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible.ResponsibilitiesOwn the core operational practices, communication paths and standards to be applied by the Global Content Operations team, fostering a unified approach that will make optimal use of the global presenceTake ownership of the GCO knowledge base and ticketing solutions; Ensure content is up to date and tickets tracked within SLAsCompose project plans, timelines, and clear milestones; Set rituals for project tracking and prioritization of workflows, tools or processes that serve the business needs represented by the stakeholders and usersSupervise support of the global content platform, fostering a culture of collaboration and user-first thinking across the global footprintImplement processes to ensure that the team, systems, and partners are consistently meeting their SLAsManage projects for the integration of new technologies, applications, and partner workflows into the platform, serving the objectives for the consistent improvement and enhancement of the offeringsBuild strong relationships with infrastructure and technical teams, establishing deep understanding of Riot’s standards and methods for technology deploymentSet the standard for system documentation and knowledge-sharingRequired Qualifications5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in fields relating to Media/Digital Asset Management, Cloud and OnPrem deploymentsExpertise in managing daily operations with vendors and support providers, negotiating and upholding, SLAs towards the deployment of Media Asset Management workflows within on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environmentsExtensive experience with globally distributed technology stacks and teams, especially infrastructure, engineering, and development teamsEffective interpersonal skills; good judgment and ability to interact with different levels of management and teamsAbility to compose detailed technical documentation, user-guides, and UAT specsSelf-driven; Self-starter with a habit for taking initiativeStrong Knowledge of SOAP, REST, JMS, and PUB/SUB Pattern Solid knowledge of Java SE, Java EE, XML, XML Schema, XSD, XSLT/XPath, and JSON technologiesExpert capability in Notion, AirTable, and TableauPassionate about exploring innovative technologies and creative solutioning to implement cutting-edge processes, Esports, and, specifically, Riot Games productsFluent in written and verbal English, and fluency in at least another language would be a plusDesired QualificationsPrior experience performing integrations with and between M.A.M., D.A.M., CMS, and VCMS platformsStrong fluency with AWS solutionsDemonstrated ability to prioritize under time constraints and work successfully in a fast-paced environment.Up to date with all current and forthcoming streaming media technologies, i.e. MPEG 4 AVC, HEVC, HLS, MPEG-DASH MPEG 2, UDP, RTMP, H.265.Experience with the Iconik Media Management system.Demonstrated experience leading complex multi-team projects.
