Join us!What we’re seeking:Frontier Communications seeks a Senior Business Marketing Manager to collaborate with the Business Sales teams, driving marketing initiatives for sales growth. This role involves supporting lead generation efforts for direct business sales and channel partners. We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with an analytical background, strong project management skills, and the ability to communicate our unique value proposition to prospects and customers. In this hybrid role, you will have a defined work location HUB which includes work from home and assigned days in the office set by your manager. The HUB for this role will be 1919 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX.What we need in you:In this Senior Business Marketing Manager role, a growth mindset is essential. You’ll drive lead generation programs and develop the lead generation strategy. Your ability to adapt and innovate will be key to success. You will have the opportunity to work across sales, operations and product to support Channel marketing programs.What you’ll do:Keep a finger on the pulse of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Use this knowledge to inform our marketing strategies.Develop and execute comprehensive, compelling lead generation strategies to achieve targets for lead acquisition, pipeline growth, and revenue generation for the business segment.Segment business target audiences effectively and tailor targeted account-based campaign strategies to resonate with each segment, leveraging data-driven insights.Write high-impact, compelling, audience-centric copy for marketing campaigns, including landing pages and email sequences.Own and optimize key performance metrics related to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), including lead volume, quality, and conversion rates.Utilize marketing automation (Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing tools to track campaign performance, analyze results, and iterate strategies for continuous improvement in collaboration with key stakeholders.Manage all programs, events, and campaigns to budget.Manage and optimize event strategy ensuring maximum brand visibility and including planning, execution, and post-event follow-up to ensure lead generation, ROI and brand visibility (some travel required) for business and alternate channels.Ensure all partner communication channels are up to date with the latest offerings from the Product Marketing team.Proactively share channel marketing campaigns, incentive programs and calls to action with appropriate teams.What we offer:Nothing is more important to our success than the team that built it. Some of which we’re most proud to offer includes:Salary Range: $81,000 to $168,000.20 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per year.Day one medical, dental, vision and prescription drug plan.401k match of 50% on 6% of eligible compensation.Personal & Work Life Balance Resources & Wellness Support Assistance.Employee Resource Groups.Same-sex spouse and domestic partner benefits coverage.10 weeks of paid parental leave, & a phased return to work program for new parents.Up to $10k in adoption program assistance.3 weeks of paid caregiver leave.What background you should have:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.2-5 years Proven experience in marketing data analysis, preferably in telecommunication.Proven track record of driving MQLs, pipeline growth, and revenue through effective lead generation strategies.Strong Excel and analytical skills; ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.Strong writing skills across multiple marketing channels.Ability to influence and inspire resources who do not report to you to create and deliver functional activities and projects.Creative thinker with a growth mindset and willingness to experiment with new ideas and approaches.Experience managing and optimizing marketing automation platforms (Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.Experience in end-to-end event management including pre-onsite, and post-event planning, execution, and optimization.
