is responsible for the development of strategic external and internal communications including public and media relations, corporate communications, crisis communications, social media, content development and events. Oversees and manages related agency partners.Accountable for human resource management, financial management, and quality management for department and programs within incumbent's responsibility in support of the mission, vision and strategic objectives of YRMC.Key Skills:Exceptional written, verbal and judgement skillsExperience leading and motivating a diverse team through articulate, clear communications to ensure streamlined executionProficient in Microsoft applications and social media platforms.Must maintain pro-active approach with measurable and strategic plans.Ability to remain flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests.Proven experience in building relationships with a broad range of leaders, stakeholders and influencers.Education Required:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field. Master's degree preferred.Experience Required:7 years of public relations and communications experience, preferably in a fast paced, complex environment.
