If you would like to know a bit more about this opportunity, or are considering applying, then please read the following job information.- Write, edit and manage content for four websites using existing messages and brand guidelines- Development of PowerPoint presentations for executives and other speakers (internal and external)- Crisis communications during storms and other events to include: social media, assist with message development- Assist in the development of customer education plans- Implementation of tactics in customer education plans including the coordination of direct mail, advertising, bill inserts, web copy, etc.- Relationship management of outside vendors- General research of information (both internal and external)

Qualifications

Requirements:- Experience: 2-3 years- Strong writing skills (marketing style writing)- Strong PowerPoint presentation development skills- Strong verbal and written communications skills- Ability to handle many projects simultaneously, quickly re-prioritizing as necessary- Ability to work with both junior team members and senior executives- Team player- Deadline driven- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments in answering questions on social media- Ability to work at the Edison Place office in Washington, D.C. or the Energy and Technology Center in Newark, Delaware.- Available to handle social media during evenings and weekends if needed during storms or other crisis events

Preferences:- Agency or other related work experience- Experience using content management systems- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite- Creative project management experience
