N Harris Computer Corporation (USA) - Vice President, Sales and Marketing Location: Trenton, New JerseyAs the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Harris School Solutions - ERP & Food Services, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.You will work closely with our customer service, product development, and professional services teams to create a seamless experience for our customers in an inclusive environment of talented K-12 Education professionals from all backgrounds.The ideal candidate is a creative and energetic self-starter with a passion for the betterment of the K-12 Education or Public Sector Software Landscape. This is a unique opportunity to become the Chief Sales Officer for a Business Unit at Harris, one of the largest Public Sector providers in the world, and to build a Sales & Marketing Team to sell over 10 successful IPs.Compensation:

This position acquires an aggregator for team sales and will have a personal Sales Comp Plan / Objective Based Bonus structure.Monthly cellphone reimbursement and limited education reimbursement (books/tuition rebates; up to $3k per year).Core Responsibilities:Build and execute a comprehensive marketing campaign to distribute our FIN Tech and Food Services solutions.Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and grow revenue.Foster an environment of creativity and innovation to address customer needs.Identify new business opportunities and develop new sales channels.Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture that rewards success and encourages continuous learning.Daily/Weekly Duties:Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.Coach Account Executives in qualifying opportunities and prospects.Lead the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.Ensure accurate forecasting of monthly bookings and costs.Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management.Collaborate with Operations and other departments for successful implementation of new acquisitions.Other duties as assigned by the SVP or EVP of the Business.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Experience in education and nutrition software sales is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ability to travel as needed (30-50%).Salesforce experience is preferred.If you are an energetic, creative, and results-driven Sales Leader with a passion for education and nutrition, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Equal Opportunity Employer:
