This colleague will communicate regularly with finance, PMO, IT and multiple external vendors to support project deliverables while also executing business cases and documenting scope.This role requires the ability to plan and execute short-term business plans. The primary objective will be supporting growth initiatives and project work to streamline and simplify tools that support field and store leaders. This role will innovate through transition of legacy CVS platforms into a mobile-first platform accessible by every colleague, evolving the way CVS communicates internally, supporting administrative workload and maintaining tools that support store and field level routines.Responsibilities :+ Support the retail communications roadmap, day-to-day business operations and emergency field and store support; collaborate with other CVS business partners through complex challenges (40%)+ Execute deliverables in the portfolio evolution, driving engagement from key CVS business partners, external vendors, and field partners using a disciplined and repeatable project methodology; consistently improve products through always-on feedback loop (20%)+ Drive cohesive project facilitation: assist in defining and documenting business requirements, changes to processes and systems, develop and execute testing and implementation scenarios (20%)+ Evolve and maintain the tools, process and procedures used by the Retail Communications team to support field leaders and store teams, maintaining a high level of commitment and focus on customer requirements and legacy process improvements; support project management of retail signature meetings, including RMM and RLC (10%)+ Develop and present business cases, strategic recommendations, and progress reports to executive-level audiences; consistently update and align stakeholders on variances to plan (10%)**Required Qualifications**+ 2+ years of experience working independently and within a group+ 1+ years of experience actioning deliverables in all phases of a project which include assessment, planning/budgeting, design, development, testing, signoff, deployment, and post installation support+ 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office+ 1+ year supporting business operations**Preferred Qualifications**+ Exemplary technical skills and proficiency in utilizing analytical, problem solving and communication skills+ Experience with product or program planning and implementation+ Experience successfully implementing change in complex organizations+ Lean / Six-Sigma certification**Education**Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years equivalent CVS corporate or related field experience**Pay Range**The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
