Managers who build connections with other teams and divisions and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.**What you will do**• Lead the team responsible for the product or portfolio strategy• Guide others to deconstruct and extract the strategy from a well-written marketing plan• Coach others on the market positioning and strengths/weaknesses of key competitors• Share marketing intelligence and information with team• Establish pricing strategy, including contract pricing• Coach others on how to utilize the product or portfolio structure to maximize brand equity• Demonstrate financial acumen• Develop an effective KPI strategy for the business• Supervise others in their use of data collection, analysis, and reporting tools• Lead a team of professionals: develop employees, which includes hiring, communicating company policies, coaching and counseling, administering performance appraisals, and enforcing company policies through appropriate disciplinary measures• Promote an environment that fosters personal growth and development• Hold team accountable to deliver high quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities• Collaborate and influence others on cross-functional teams, advancing partnerships to achieve business objectives**What you will need**• Bachelor’s degree required• 8+ years of work experience required• MBA preferred• 5+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred• 2+ years of people management experience preferred**$112,800** **- $239,900** salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location.
