Due to the nature of this position, the successful applicant must pass a required pre-employment background check and subsequent mandatory background checks in accordance with current County Human Resources policy requirements.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS• Diagnoses, repairs, and installs computer-related hardware and/or software systems. • Provides complete computer networking support and set up. • Provides support for client software and applications. Assists IS management and customers in making appropriate decisions regarding hardware needs, performance improvements and training. • Helps with approved application software for configuration, customization and troubleshooting. • Assists with the Help Desk Technical Support Line.
