This role is pivotal in translating strategic visions into actionable, in-season tactics and content as well as working closely with different departments to share insights on campaign performance to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives.Responsibilities+ Partner with cross-functional strategy teams to assist in translating seasonal strategies into campaign plans.+ Develop comprehensive content strategies that align with business goals.+ Brief cross-functional teams on execution details and provide clarity on campaign priorities and primary goals.+ Ensure timely delivery of all campaign elements.+ Effectively manage change and communicate campaign updates to key stakeholders for visibility and alignment, ensuring flawless execution.+ Regularly assess campaign health and engagement results, identifying performance trends and prioritizing opportunities for improvement.+ Stay informed on emerging trends in integrated marketing. Implement innovative strategies and features to maintain competitiveness and continuously improve campaign performance and value.+ Build app wireframes to effectively implement content strategy and support promotional activity.QualificationsQualifications & Experience+ 1-3 years of experience in marketing with demonstrated expertise in CRM, loyalty, engagement, and/or digital marketing with a focus on mobile apps.+ Experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders to implement OMNI tactics that resonate with customers.+ Experience in applying quantitative and qualitative program insights to find opportunities, facilitate team alignment, and implement necessary updates to optimize strategy.+ Operationally minded with an eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a drive to innovate.+ Passion for the current and marketing landscape.Education+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.Core Competencies+ Lead with Curiosity & Humility+ Build High Performing Teams for Today & Tomorrow+ Influence & Inspire with Vision & Purpose+ Observe, Engage & Connect+ Strive to Achieve Operational Excellence+ Deliver Business ResultsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
