**Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for** **_all_** **.**Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.**Responsibilities and tasks:****Program Governance – Initiation, Planning, Execution and Reporting**+ Identify Partners and handle expectations.+ Plan and schedule program timelines and achievements using appropriate tools.+ Track program achievements and deliverables.+ Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.+ Train DEG team members on assigned processes and responsibilities+ Roles include:+ Product specification database development & management+ Facilitate change management system requests+ Monitor project review documentation, action items, DFMEA & signoffs+ Supervise IP development circuit review & documentation+ Prepare design project periodic readiness status & reports+ Lead weekly design tool kit review and signoff completion+ Run design checklist signoff status+ Monitor Lessons learned & corrective actions+ Monitor design team training status+ Functional Safety Manager+ Product Security Manager+ Drive projects to satisfactory conclusion**Minimum Qualifications:**+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Operation, Engineering, semiconductors+ Strong project management, planning and organization skills, including ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.+ Proven ability to communicate well with peers and managers.+ Experience with global networking.+ At least 2 years’ experience in project managementThe US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:$95,000.00 - $227,000.00Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
