Marketing Analytics Manager_

**Onsite Durant, OK| Monday - Friday****Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position****Job Purpose or Objective(s):** The Marketing Analytics Manager will gather and analyze data from multiple database sources and work with their team to develop reports and visual representations to provide analytics of all marketing activities to ensure company management is using best practices in their operations and making informed decisions based on available data. You will report to the Director of Marketing Analytics.**Primary Tasks:**1. You will work with team to create monthly reporting packages for each site highlighting the performance of all associated marketing metrics and their impact on overall performance.2. Review work generated by Marketing Analysts to ensure accuracy and proper interpretation of data.3. Oversee the development of analysis tools important to marketing activities.4. Ensure execution of Pro Forma Analysis of events before their approval to ensure all members of management are aware of the potential impacts on business levels and profitability.5. You will be responsible for comprehensive review of the impact of all marketing promotions and special events and works with management team to ensure results of the Post Forma process are being adopted into future planning.6. Review prior year campaign/initiative performance and work with management to help develop our Business and Marketing Plans to ensure that the most profitable plans are incorporated into planning for the coming year.7. Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc consolidated reporting on important metrics to management.8. Meet with property management team to communicate business trends and ensure interpretation of data.9. You will identify and research trends that require further review and analysis.10. Perform other duties as assigned.**Requirements:*** Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, accounting, business administration, or related field and three (3) years of marketing analytical experience in the gaming industry including development, data mining and data analysis, OR seven [7] years of directly related experience in lieu of education.* Advanced Microsoft Office skills including, higher level functions in EXCEL such as Pivot Tables, Nested formulas, V/H lookups, Macros, Graphing, etc.* Experience with the following: LMS, Infogenesis, Aristocrat Oasis, HALo, Kronos, JDEdwards.* Experience with computer report writing and/or database inquiry software such as ACCESS, SQL or equivalent* Ability to read, analyze and interpret statistical reports and Profit / Loss statements and make recommendations based on those findings* Ability to maintain handling confidential information* Three (3) years of Marketing Analytical Experience in the Gaming Industry including development, data mining and data analysisAbout the Choctaw NationThe Choctaw Nation is the third-largest Indian nation in the United States, with over 200,000 tribal members and more than 11,000 employees.
