We are at the forefront of innovation, continuously pushing the boundaries to enhance marketing effectiveness and velocity.As a Principal Marketing Manager, reporting to the Marketing Director of Learning, Growth, and Development, you will play an instrumental role in empowering our marketing and communications organization. You will plan, implement, and evaluate programs to upskill marketers across product, performance, brand, and creative services. This involves designing and launching comprehensive curriculum and development programs focused on key skill areas.You will fuel both career and business growth by delivering best-in-class capabilities that delight our customers and drive measurable business outcomes with unparalleled speed. By championing high-impact and relevant programs, you will unlock innovation and accelerate our organization's progress toward achieving its top priorities.What you'll bring+ Experience:10+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with demonstrated thought leadership, subject matter expertise, and success as a catalyst for learning and growth.
