By leveraging your deep knowledge of the User Research process, you will guide product direction toward successful outcomes for both our users and our business. We're seeking entrepreneurial individuals to help define our products from concept to deployment.**What you'll do :**• Lead strategic and exploratory research initiatives to identify new opportunities and inform product strategy• Use a variety of research methods, such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic field studies, to gather deep insights• Facilitate workshops to translate research findings into strategic opportunities and actionable recommendations• Proactively communicate and present research findings to the product team in compelling and actionable formats• Inspire cross-functional partners to think big, leveraging research insights to ground decisions in user needs and wants• Foster a culture of user empathy and human-centered product development across the company, helping teams understand and prioritize user needs• Encourage and support the involvement of non-research team members as active participants in the research process• Collaborate with more junior colleagues and non-researchers, helping guide, shape, and mentor their work**Qualifications :**• Expertise in a variety of research methods, such as usability studies, interviews, surveys, user testing, and ethnographic research• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and influence product strategy and design decisions• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously• Deep understanding of human-centered design and product development• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of professional research experience, or master's degree with 3-5 years of professional research experience, or 7+ years of professional research experience• Work samples that showcase your research experience and approach**Perks and b enefits:**Beyond competitive pay, this role is eligible to receive incentive awards based on performance .
