The oncology specialty Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and Community Oncology is a key channel for our business. The GPO Marketing Manager reports to the Associate Director, GPO Marketing and will be responsible for the development, management, and execution of a wide range of strategic, promotional and field activities. Working closely with Market Access Marketing, brand marketing, and internal stakeholder, they will support community oncology internal and external stakeholders and be responsible for approved products: VENCLEXTA, EPKINLY and ELAHERE as well as the oncology pipeline. The role will partner with several departments including but not limited to the US Market Access field and marketing teams, US Commercial Marketing and Sales, Market Analytics, Regulatory, Legal, Medical Affairs, HEOR and external customers.The candidate must have excellent project management skills and be able to operate in a fast-paced organization, with high expectations and accountability for quality of deliverables. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team committed to making a difference for the betterment of patients.Key Job Responsibilities:• Develop, coordinate and execute GPO Marketing fee-for-service (FFS) programs to deliver on strategic objectives associated with GPO channel priorities.• Manage stakeholder alignment for GPO offerings, member reach and budget. Partner closely with GPO and Trade Operations to draft GPO contracts for services, including speaker programs and marketing services – email blasts, banner ads, portal placements, ad boards, etc., as well as BU operations to submit to purchasing.• Lead promotional material creation and material review process of content that is consistent with the Brand story and Brand messaging for GPO Field team, including contract flashcard, value prop and any other tactics.• Lead development of GPO-sponsored Conference strategy and execution with cross functional partners across GPO, brand and sales teams• Coordinate with Finance (BU Operations and Market Access) to provide estimates and budget and spending forecasts on a regular basis, based on current and projected programs (budget planning, launch planning, PO calculations, LRPs, LBEs, Plan, Link-IT).• Pull through strategic direction while managing agencies and projects within allotted time and budget• Create reports to monitor achievement of execution goals and offer solutions to improve any gaps in execution• Lead annual tactical plan for GPO Community Oncology to optimize innovation in GPOQualificationsBasic Qualifications:· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Medical/Pharmacology related field.· Excellent communication (oral, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.· Communicate clearly and concisely with several types and levels of staff and external contacts, both in writing and verbally.· Strong planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, execution, and follow-through; outstanding project management including experience managing multiple vendors and agency partners.Preferred Qualifications:· MBA or other advanced degree· At least 5 years of experience in developing, executing, and measuring marketing tactics for specialty products or significant experience promoting Oncology or Hematology/Oncology products· Expertise in data analytics, with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing performance data to drive insights and optimization· Strong understanding of Community Oncology, legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions, pharma industry guidelines, and other compliance-related issuesAdditional InformationApplicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law: ​​+ The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
