DescriptionThis role can sit in Austin TX or Bellevue WA.You will oversee Marketing Operations & Analytics for the Seller Fulfilled Services team, focusing on creating go-to-market campaigns and driving product adoption. Your role involves managing the entire campaign lifecycle, from building business cases for campaigns to developing targeting strategies to deploying these omni-channel campaigns.Your efforts will significantly influence thousands of sellers by encouraging them to adopt features that enhance their business growth. You'll take on both strategic responsibilities, such as determining campaign roadmaps, and tactical tasks, including implementation alongside other Product Marketing Managers. Collaboration with the Business Intelligence team will be crucial in developing marketing attribution analytics and targeting criteria.Engagement with multiple product managers is essential, as you'll need to understand their product roadmaps to design and execute effective communication campaigns across various channels and seller segments. You will be responsible for both short-term, one-off campaigns and ongoing, automated marketing journeys.Key job responsibilitiesManage marketing initiatives which are aligned to the broader strategy of the Seller Fulfilled Services team, and which will help either gain adoption of already launched features, or go-to-market with new features. Utilize multiple communication tools to create and execute communication journeys which address targeted audiences. Define requirements and data plug-ins to trigger campaign automation, and engage with legal and technical stakeholder to set up requirements to automate campaigns. Analyze input data to create audience segmentation, and campaign output data to measure campaign execution in terms of marketing KPI’s and impact on business objectives. Manage agency/vendor deliverables, ensuring quality, accuracy, launch dependencies and timelines. Influence campaigns to reflect product(s) value propositions and drive adoption by conducting audience segmentation, adapting channel mixes, developing creative messaging, A/B testing, and ideating promotions. Support coordination with marketing teams from other Marketplaces within Amazon to replicate and adapt campaigns.About the teamAt Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
