To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Organizes thoughts and communicates credibly and concisely within assigned scope. Presents to and influences team members and business partners, conveying messages through a basic understanding of the relevant context. Utilizes relevant data and fact-based information to articulate results and provide a recommendation in a structured manner. Market and Customer Analysis Possesses knowledge of: Data gathering and reporting tools; market data sources; customer behavior analysis methodologies. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Uses customer analytics as the basis for performance forecasts for specific product lines or services. Advises team members on the key benefits, drawbacks, and rationales for using customer analytics to predict customer trends. Creates business analysis reports from customer analytics data extracts and provides detailed insights. Evaluates market data sources and key indicators. Advises others about ongoing and planned market activities and their implications. Evaluates key assumptions and variables that factor into the conclusions of market research. Recommends strategies to senior management based on market research results. Compares the performance of the organization's website against key performance indicators. Implements web tools to quantify website traffic changes following the launch of events, promotions, and campaigns. Measures a website's potential audience (opportunity), share of voice (visibility), and buzz (comments) as compared to the internet as a whole. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices. Site and Marketing Outputs Possesses knowledge of: Content development and guidelines across all platforms; content management tools and asset creation processes. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Adheres to content development processes and review guidelines to ensure consistency and quality. Utilizes basic tools, techniques, and methodologies in content management. Supports the development of 360 content for a specific area/department. Executes the basic components of story ideation, wireframe contenting, photoshoot planning, project KO, and asset review. Provides support in curating and managing the photography process. Identifies and communicates photo shoot issues to relevant project personnel. Supports photo shoot requirements (for example, scheduling, sample procurement, tracking). Follows guidelines in ideating, optimizing, contenting, and creating social media content. Uses social media, in coordination with Marketing, to increase engagement for products and categories. Researches key factors and information needed to effectively create interactive media activations. 360 Content Storytelling and Visual Narrative Possesses knowledge of: Content creation tools; organizational style guidelines and principles; customer/user base behaviors. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Reviews content strategy and ensures compliance with applicable legal and ethical standards. Ensures that content and supporting visual assets conform to content strategies and best practices. Creates templates for a variety of tools and media platforms in alignment with branding and aesthetic guidelines. Provides constructive, quantitative feedback to creative partners on final asset outputs. Coaches team members to use graphic assets to support storytelling and increase audience engagement. Uses a range of stories to consistently persuade customers across a variety of situations and platforms. Advises team members on the successful use of storytelling tactics. Develops multifaceted persuasive approaches. Partnerships Possesses knowledge of: Communication channels; team dynamics; organization ways of working. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Collects and analyzes multiple data sets using specific tools and processes in order to uncover useful patterns and assist business partners, capitalize on emerging trends, ensure meaningful storytelling, and maximize overall performance. Prepares and executes short-term macro and micro trend analysis and forecasting techniques for a specific product, category, customer demographic, or market competitor. Delivers and presents forecasting insights and suggestions to senior leadership on a regular basis for future time periods, seasons, and campaigns. Campaigns and Launches Possesses knowledge of: Campaign processes; program/project management tools; promotional tools and methods; promotional guidelines. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Prepares launch plans detailing themes, agendas, and site locations. Schedules activities before and during events and communicates changes in timelines. Evaluates the success of product launches and promotional campaigns and provides relevant recommendations and insights. Coordinates and arranges campaign resources (for example, artefacts, approvals, information). Provides a specific scope of service for a given launch (for example, offers, promotions) Editorial Best Practices Development Possesses knowledge of: Industry editorial and content trends; research methodologies; editorial best practices; relevant storytelling narratives and processes.
