Men's Designer Luggage & Trims*W2 Only*Description:As a Designer you will be at the forefront of creating world-class athletic and technical outdoor accessories known for their design, function, fit, and quality. Under the mentorship of a Design Director and in partnership with the apparel team, you will lead and develop the men’s accessories line and trim design from initial concept to production. Your role involves embedding intuitive innovation into each product while seamlessly blending function and aesthetics.QualificationsWhat you'll get to do:• Have a strong understanding of the apparel and accessories market and fashion trends.• Exhibit organization and clear communication to thrive in a high-paced work environment with an advanced multi-track calendar.• Create a wide price assortment from high volume/high IMU franchises to pinnacle innovative programs.• Drive success within a multifaceted organization, ensuring your team is connected and up to date in PD, Fit, Merchandising, Materials, Sourcing, Color and Textures, Planning, Product Education, etc.• Collaborate, brainstorm, and co-create concepts, seasonal direction, and design as both a leader and a mentor.• Create detailed and industry-leading sketches, tech packs, and detailed construction diagrams to execute styles with product developers and overseas vendors.• Work with Merchants to harmonize commerciality with innovation. Understand the importance of running a high-volume business, closely monitoring sell-through, and reacting to market shifts and consumer trends.• Develop and ideate innovative and unique materials and trims, with a strong understanding of technical materials.• Lead the trim design for both Apparel and Accessories.• Partner with ambassadors/athletes to continuously elevate existing products and explore customer needs.Who you are:• 5+ design experience in Men’s Accessories (Socks, Towels, Water Bottles, Yoga Mats, Hats, Bags, Luggage, etc.) within a successful commercial space.• A bachelor’s degree in design (BA, BFA, or BS) or equivalent work experience.• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft PowerPoint, Office, and Excel.• Experience in 3D is a plus.Additional InformationOur investment in you:• Health Insurance• Savings and Retirement Plan• Employee Assistance Program• Generous Discount & Industry Perks• Paid Time Off• Wellness & Fitness benefitsSkills:Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, 3D, Trim designTop Skills Details:Adobe Illustrator ,Adobe Photoshop, 3D, Trim designAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
