Position Overview:The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that elevate our brand presence across all social platforms. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and creative teams to create and execute campaigns that drive engagement, reach, and conversion while staying aligned with the company's goals and vision.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media strategies that align with overall business and marketing objectives.Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generating reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure optimal performance and innovative approaches.Engage with followers and monitor conversations across social media platforms to build a strong online community.Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize content strategies.Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels in terms of voice, tone, and messaging.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.Creativity and ability to think outside the box to produce engaging content and campaigns.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Benefits
