Boost Mobile is hiring a dynamic Event and Media Marketing Specialist for Local Marketing to enhance our brand and drive retail traffic. The ideal candidate will excel in brand management, digital marketing, planning, budgeting, and strategic thinking. This role is crucial for our growth, focusing on innovative strategies to boost Boost's market engagement and retail presence, ultimately increasing market share.This position would cover our Great Lakes area - MI, OH, KY, and IN. The ideal candidate would be located in Michigan or Indiana.Key Responsibilities:Report to Sr. Manager of Local Marketing and coordinate with various teams to achieve OKRs & KPIsIdeate, plan, promote, and execute quarterly marketing campaigns and local eventsDemonstrate product knowledge to consumers and grow market share in your territoryCoordinate with the Regional Director of Sales to identify market opportunities and build an event calendarDevelop relationships with local organizations and businesses for event partnershipsProvide post-event evaluations, communicate updates to leadership, and ensure event accuracy and compliance

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field5+ years of experience in project management, hyperlocal marketing, or a related roleSkills and Qualifications:Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google SuitesStrong budget management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to travel and work evenings and weekends as needed for projectsValid driver’s license and clean driving recordPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in the telecommunications industryFamiliarity with experiential vehicle programs and national partnershipsCreative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/YearBenefits

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
