*Note: This position requires presence in our San Jose headquarters or San Francisco offices 4 days per week. Lambda's designated work from home day is currently Tuesday.

What You'll Do

As a Web Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies to drive qualitative website traffic (KPI: High Value Engagement), generate leads & increase conversions (KPI: sessions-to-contact rate), and create world-class user experiences - across three key domains: a main website, an online shop and a Cloud console (aka dashboard).

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, be proficient in analytics tools & techniques, be a tireless user advocate, and have excellent project management skills.

Develop and execute online marketing strategies:

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growthCreate and implement comprehensive online marketing plans to achieve business objectivesManage and optimize website content/CTAs to improve user experience and conversion ratesCoordinate efforts to make the best out of emails, social media, ads, co-marketing activitiesSearch Engine Optimization (SEO):

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankingsImplement technical SEO best practices, including meta tags, header tags, and internal linkingMonitor and analyze website performance (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Heap)Paid Advertising:

Inform paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and other platformsCollaborate with Demand Gen marketer to create and optimize ad copy, targeting, and biddingMonitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize resultsAnalytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze website performanceTrack key performance indicators, including website traffic, engagement, and conversion ratesProvide reporting, insights, and enable data-driven decisions (A/B and multivariate testing)Collaboration and Project Management:

Collaborate across engineering, sales, product, and design, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategiesYou will be supported by a front-end engineer for implementationsManage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlinesYou

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldExperience: 7+ years of experience in web marketing or digital marketingMust-have Skills:

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platformsFamiliarity with A/B testing and experimentation, with ability to design and execute testsStrong understanding of SEO principles and best practicesExcellent project management skillsAbility to analyze data and make data-driven decisionsFamiliarity with CMS and email marketing softwareCertifications: Google Analytics and Google AdsNice-to-have

Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $133,000 - $191,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
