UX Designer

As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing user experiences across our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and graphic designers to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing designs.

Responsibilities:

Translate design specifications from UX Designers and Product Managers into visually appealing layouts, buttons, icons and other UI elements

Craft high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that bring software experiences to life

Ensure consistent visual branding across all software functionalities

Collaborate with designers to optimize the usability and accessibility of the interface

Conduct user testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback

Apply design principles that ensure intuitiveness, efficiency, and minimal cognitive load for users

Have a basic understanding of front-end development principles and the limitations of different platforms

Work closely with developers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth handoffs of designs

Stay updated on the latest UI trends and best practices

Clearly communicate design decisions to stakeholders and developers

Collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams including UX designers, developers, product managers, and marketing.

Proactively gather feedback and adapt to changing project requirements

Basic Qualifications:

A strong understanding of visual design principles like color theory, typography, layout and composition

The ability to create aesthetically pleasing and engaging user interfaces

Attention to detail and a commitment to pixel- perfect design

A passion for creating user-centered experiences that are intuitive and enjoyable

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript

Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe XD.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively explain complex design concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify user pain points and design effective solutions.

Passion for creating intuitive and beautiful user experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with designing enterprise software and/or portal interfaces
