As a growing company, we are looking for a strong leader who can own our visual expression and ensure it comes to life with scale while maintaining brand integrity. This person will be a creative thinker who has an eye for detail and understands the nuances of the luxury space. They will be good at managing complex projects that span channels, teams and stakeholders. They will possess strong leadership qualities with a passion for people development.In this role you will:Define creative strategy across activities and platforms

Elevate global brand creative output across campaigns, activities, branded initiatives, identity and events

Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, and content researchers in the strategic development of messaging and deliverables

Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for sophisticated audiences

Develop best-in-class creative process and resource strategies for projects both in-house and externally based on business strategy and roadmap

Prioritize work and resources across engagements, based on short and long-term needs, and develop schedules by collaborating with marketing strategists, designers, copywriters, and production artists

Execute project deliverables on-time and on-budget

Influence and collaborate with cross-functional and regional executive teammates across multiple countries and timezones

The ideal candidate will have:Strong creative vision, with an eye on business objectives

Experience in creating luxury marketing and advertising campaigns - from developing the vision and messaging platform to overseeing production on time and within budget

Experience in creating integrated visual brand identity across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, app and OOH (Out of Home)

Experience leading a team of diverse, talented creatives

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree

At least 5 years of creative manager experience in an agency, startup, or corporate setting

At least 4 years experience creating full life-cycle marketing and advertising campaigns

At least 4 years of experience managing budgets

At least 4 years of people leader experience

Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in marketing or business

7+ years of creative manager experience in an agency, startup, or corporate setting

5 + years experience as a copywriter, graphic designer, or production artist

5+ years experience managing budgets

5+ years of people leader experience

5+ years experience in project management

5+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.Remote (Regardless of Location): $146,500 - $167,200 for Sr. Manager, Marketing

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
