Work includes assisting with scheduling appointments, data entry, as well as preparing and maintaining documents. Effective communication is an essential aspect of this position as you will be answering phones and handling inquires from the community.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employmentWork hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.You will receive further communication regarding this position via email. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:Six months as a Clerk Typist 1 and educational development to the level of eighth grade;

orCompletion of a high school business curriculum which included at least one typing course;

orAny combination of equivalent experience and training.Other Requirements:You must meet the PA residency requirement.
