Specialized events agency is looking for accomplished creative with experience designing integrated 360 campaigns to help bring

environmental/large scale event

to life for some top tech brand clients. The ideal individual is someone who appreciates and thrives on the design process from concept through completion in a very collaborative and fast paced creative environment.You will be an integral part of the creative team working very closely with the creative leadership, client and marketing team to ensure that the vision set forth is brought to life on all 2D Graphic Components in a unique and thought provoking way across all mediums (digital, traditional print, environmental/experiential).Responsibilities:Assist in leading wayfinding, brand / digital graphics, customer storiesHelp establish design direction based on brand guidance, translating what is not already definedAssist with design/layout of all 2D key creative elementsAssist in generating big, brave, bold creative ideas and help direct how those ideas come to lifePresent ideas to clients and brand teamPartner closely with event producers to vet big ideasCoordinate design projects with creative project managers and digital producersDrive experiential recommendations, proactive collaboration and pursuit of the best work possibleConcepts aligned to briefs with words, found images and sketchesClient facing role helping establishing look and feel for key event-wide workstreamsAssist designers with design, animate the creative elements of each projectComing in with strong agency or design studio experience with trade-show/event samples will cater towards the need to be able to juggle multiple high-level graphic components simultaneously. Brings ideas, inventiveness, inspiration and your all-around creative chops to the table every day.This position is a long-term contract.Qualifications:4+ years design industry experience (Agency or Design Studio AND Events)Degree in Graphic Design or a related creative disciplinePortfolio, showing a strong sense of brand design in 360 campaigns with events/environmental/trade showStoryboarding experiencePoise and focus under pressureAdvanced in the Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign, Photoshop, IllustratorHigh level sense of design, layout, and typography combined with strong conceptual skills reflected in portfolioStrong creative, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal skills; a team player who is positive and collaborativePassion (the ability to view the work as fun!)If interested, please submit a resume and portfolio showing relevant experience to be considered.
