The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in preserving our leadership position and shaping our growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with an emphasis on writing and a keen sense of attention to detail, while being very proficient in time-management, math and computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to work across departments to assemble materials and manage the proposal process from start to delivery, including researching, writing, and organizing information in a professional and credible mannerUse of AI tools (e.g., Chat GPT and other AI tools) to create RFP’s (Request for Proposal) or RFQ (Request for Qualifications)Research, manage or assemble materials (MPR’s – minimum project requirements, resumes, government documentation, project photos, etc.)Revise RFP or RFQ per feedback from ManagementPrioritize responsibilities to meet deadlinesTrack and input opportunities, activities and documentation into CRM systemsParticipating in weekly meetingsCollaborate with the team to grow, manage and improve the customer acquisition processAssist with other business development/marketing functions, as necessaryQualifications:
Education:
Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field. Bachelors preferred.Experience:
1 year exposure to sales and marketing initiatives within the foodservice/ hospitality /foodservice equipment manufacturing industry preferred, or 3 years general sales, marketing or administrative responsibilities.Knowledge and Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Use of Google (or similar) to research. Exposure to BlueBeam Revu/Adobe, InDesign and/or Canva a plus. Highly motivated, independent associate with strong interpersonal skills.Why Join Us?
